Our Delivery Policy
We offer a full delivery service to most of the UK, and for orders placed online, delivery is free when you spend over £34.99*
UK Standard Delivery - Small items ordered below £34.99 (or orders placed over the phone) will incur a £4.99 delivery charge. These orders are sent Recorded Delivery via Royal Mail and unless otherwise stated at the time of placing your order, they are guaranteed to be despatched to you within 2-7 working days** (see our Delivery Promise below).
UK Courier Delivery - Large items ordered below £34.99 (or orders placed over the phone) will incur a £7.49 delivery charge. These orders are sent using our courier and unless otherwise stated at the time of placing your order, they are guaranteed to be dispatched to you within 1-5 working days** (see our Delivery Promise below).
Local Delivery (Chelmsford or within 10 Mile Radius) - Customers that live in Chelmsford (within a 10 mile radius), will qualify for free delivery on orders over £10.00 and will pay only £2.00 for orders less than this. We will contact you to arrange a date and time suitable to deliver.

Our Delivery Promise
We will notify you by e-mail when your order has been dispatched. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. However, this cannot be guaranteed, especially during busy times. If your order is not despatched by us within the times stated in the tables above (unless you are notified of an expected delay at the time when placing your order) then we will apologise and compensate accordingly.

Please note: the time taken for the goods to reach you is the sum of the time taken for us to despatch the goods plus the time taken for Royal Mail or our courier to deliver to you.
International Orders
We are able to ship most goods to some international (and non-mainland UK) locations. As delivery costs vary greatly we will need to provide you with a specific quote (based on the goods you would like to order and your location).
